Order Processing

We make and package our products with care. Orders are generally processed as quickly as possible; however, processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, holidays, and promotional periods.

Please remember that processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

Delivery times provided by shipping carriers are estimates and cannot be guaranteed by ThunderStorm Snacks. Delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally occur.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase. ThunderStorm Snacks cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for orders delivered incorrectly as a result of inaccurate or incomplete information provided at checkout.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged product and shipping packaging whenever possible.

We’ll review the situation and do our best to make it right.

Lost or Missing Shipments

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property and with other members of your household before contacting the shipping carrier.

If your shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you wherever possible.
